Peter Pryn
Co-Founder / Director
Peter is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand (CA ANZ) with extensive experience advising international businesses establishing operations in Australia. He has deep expertise in governance, taxation, regulatory compliance, business structuring and commercial advisory, with particular experience supporting Indian organisations entering the Australian market. Having travelled extensively across India and engaged with numerous businesses and business groups, Peter brings valuable first-hand insights into the Indian business environment, commercial practices and the opportunities and challenges involved in building successful India–Australia business relationships.
Kumar Vaidyanathan

Kumar brings over 35 years of international executive experience delivering strategy, market entry, business transformation, innovation and growth initiatives across more than 50 countries.
